.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will stall across
the S portions this morning as high pressure moves off the mid-
Atlantic coast. The high will shift E of the area late today as
the stalled front lifts back to the N as a warm front tonight
into Thu. Another cold front will approach the mid-Atlantic
coast Thu night, then move S and SE across the waters Fri. The
front will briefly stall over the S portions Fri night, then lift
back N across the waters as a warm front Sat and Sat night. A
strong cold front will move across the waters Sun, then again
stall across the S portions Sun night.
