of 55W including Bahamas.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near 31N48W to a 1017
mb low near 30N60W. A trough extends from the low to 23N70W.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are near and to within 120 nm
southeast and south of these features. The stationary front will
weaken to a trough tonight into Thu. Elsewhere, a weak pressure
gradient will support mostly light to gentle winds over most of
the waters north of 23N going into the upcoming weekend and into
early next week. Meanwhile, moderate to locally fresh trades are
expected south of about 22N, especially off northern Hispaniola
through the period.
