flooding remains possible in American Samoa...

.Southern Plains into the Lower Mississippi Valley...
The potential for flash and urban flooding, along with isolated new or
renewed river flooding, returns Sunday through Monday. Recent rainfall has
left the region hydrologically sensitive, meaning even modest additional
precipitation could prompt new flood responses, especially in northeast TX,
where some of the heaviest totals have fallen in recent days and HEFS/PQPF
guidance indicates isolated river flooding remains possible.

.American Samoa...
Flash flooding remains possible across the islands today in response to
heavy rainfall.
