Rainfall totals of 1 to 4 inches are expected with localized areas up to 6 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa, including the following counties, Monona, Antelope, Boone, Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Platte, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne. * WHEN...From 3 PM CDT this afternoon through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches over the past two days has resulted in saturated soils.
