.DISCUSSION...
Expect a relatively cool, cloudy, and breezy day with some showers
and storms in southeast Nebraska this morning and perhaps a few
lingering spotty showers through the day. Winds will be southerly
at 15-20 mph and gusts near 30 mph with minimum RH values of
50-75 percent.
Higher shower and storm chances will be seen overnight with
potential for some isolated 2-3" amounts, though most will see
under a quarter inch. Precip should exit by mid-day with
temperatures climbing into the mid 70s to lower 80s and RH values
in the 50s and 60s. Winds will remain southerly, but a little
lighter, with speeds of 8-12 mph and gusts near 20 mph.
