.DISCUSSION...
Low clouds expected to hang across the area through the day today
keeping temperatures low and mixing heights low. Smoke dispersal
will be fair to low. A few light snow showers or flurries are
possible, especially for areas north of Highway 20 in northern
Nebraska mid-day. Chances peak only at about 30%.
Winds begin out of the north this morning and will veer over the
course of the day, becoming easterly by lunch and southerly by
dinner.
