.DISCUSSION...
A north-south line of precip will work from west to east across
the area today. Accumulating snow is expected along the South
Dakota state line and in northern Iowa. Light snow is expected
farther south where some rain and/or freezing rain may mix in.
Precip chances peak at about 11am for Norfolk, around noon at
Lincoln, and around 1pm at Omaha.
Southerly winds become northerly this evening before becoming
breezy with gusts of 30-35 mph possible.
