.DISCUSSION...
A complex of storms will approach Tuesday morning, likely
dissipating before reaching the burn site. This will bring
cloud cover that will be slow to clear on Tuesday. Winds will be
out of the east-southeast through the day. With clouds slow to
clear, humidity will only fall to around 40-45 percent Tuesday
afternoon. Mixing heights getting up to 4100ft, and transport
winds 12-16 mph will lead to good smoke dispersal once the morning
inversion clears around 9-10am.
