This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated strong to severe storms are possible today (5-10%
chance) for portions of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, with 60
mph winds and 1" hail being the primary hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

The highest chance for severe storms will arrive Monday and
Tuesday (15%). The primary threats will be damaging winds and
hail, though a tornado or two cannot be ruled out Tuesday.

Heavy rainfall and flash flooding are also possible (5-15%
chance) with showers and storms Monday night and especially
Tuesday.

Chances are increasing for oppressive heat moving into the
Central Plains late next week into next weekend as heat indices
reach 100 degrees.
