* WHERE...In Iowa, Mills and Pottawattamie Counties. In Nebraska,
  Douglas, Sarpy, Saunders, Cass, and Lancaster Counties.

* WHEN...For the Excessive Heat Warning, until 8 PM CDT this
  evening. For the Heat Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.
