...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to one inch and a glaze of ice. Slick conditions are expected to
  develop due to a combination of ice accumulation and possible
  flash freeze conditions. This will lead to hazardous driving
  conditions.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.
