...COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  in the most vulnerable areas near the waterfront and
  shoreline as total water levels approach minor coastal flood
  benchmarks.

* WHERE...Southern Nassau County.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Some water on low lying roads and parking lots
  immediately along the waterfront.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roadways.
