* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Suffolk County in southeast New York.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms capable of causing minor flooding. Between 1
    and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are
    expected.
  - Some locations that could experience flooding include...
    Southold, Mattituck, Shelter Island, Greenport, Peconic,
    Cutchogue and Laurel.
