.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will keep dry conditions in place today through much
of tonight. Chances of rain return late tonight north and west of
NYC and then eventually is expected to become more widespread
across the entire area on Sunday as a warm front moves in. A
wetting rain is expected Sunday.
The winds will become more easterly today and then more southeast
tonight into Sunday. Wind speeds generally near 5 to 15 mph. Some
gusts to near 20 to 25 mph are expected today.
Minimum relative humidity mainly stays within a 40 to 60 percent
range today and mainly between 60 and 90 percent on Sunday.
