.DISCUSSION...
High pressure builds into the region through Monday and moves
slowly offshore Monday night into Tuesday. A warm front slowly
approaches Tuesday pushing north of the area Tuesday evening. A
cold front then approaches Wednesday and moves across Wednesday
night. Wetting rain becomes likely late Tuesday and continues
through Wednesday. Winds northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to
20 mph in the morning, diminishing to 5 to 10 mph during the
afternoon with the gusts ending. The lowest relative humidity
will range from 40 to 50 percent. Tuesday winds will be south to
southwest 5 to 10 mph with occasional gusts around 15 mph.
The lowest relative humidity Tuesday will range from 60 to 65
percent.
