extending from 14 nm NW of Mamaroneck Harbor to near Upper New York
Harbor to Sandy Hook, moving E at 50 kt.

  Eastchester Bay, Jamaica Bay, Rockaway Inlet, The Verrazano
  Narrows Bridge, and Upper New York Harbor around 800 PM EST.
  Execution Rocks, Little Neck Bay, Mamaroneck Harbor, and Saddle
