At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Todt Hill, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Jersey City, Elizabeth, Flatbush, Bayonne, Linden, Coney Island, Todt
Hill, Crown Heights, Huguenot, The Verrazano Narrows Bridge,
Canarsie, Bay Ridge, Lower East Side, East Village, and SoHo.
