PUTNAM COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 543 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
New Windsor, or near Newburgh, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Newburgh, Cold Spring, New Windsor, Gardnertown, Woodbury, Orange
Lake, Washingtonville, Firthcliffe, Vails Gate, Balmville, Cornwall
On Hudson, and Maybrook.
