...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 PM EST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
  inches likely, locally 6 inches possible. Highest amounts north
  and west of I-84, particularly above 750 ft. Occasional snowfall
  rates of up to 1"/hr possible mid morning into the afternoon.

* WHERE...Orange County.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Check local Department of
Transportation information services for the latest road conditions.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

  the early evening. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches
  likely. Highest amounts above 750 ft.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Western Passaic County. In New York, Putnam
  and Rockland Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
