Central WA:
- Poor overnight recoveries.
- Breezy southeast winds Sunday afternoon with a 20 percent chance
of dry thunderstorms in the Cascades late in the day into the
overnight hours.
Eastern WA:
- Trending hotter and drier Sunday into early next week.
- Poor overnight recoveries on mid-slopes and ridgetops.
North ID:
- Trending hotter and drier Sunday into early next week.
- Poor overnight recoveries on mid-slopes and ridgetops.
A warming and drying trend will prevail through the weekend and
into early next week with poor overnight recoveries for mid slopes
and ridgetops regionwide. In addition, a weather system off the
coast will bring increased instability over the Cascades on Sunday
with a 20 percent chance of dry thunderstorms, mainly from late
afternoon into the overnight hours.
