.DISCUSSION...

Central WA:
- Strong winds to continue to push south onto the Waterville
  Plateau and Upper Columbia Basin through the evening.
- Dry and breezy northeast winds on Tuesday.

Eastern WA:
- Dry and breezy northeast winds on Tuesday.

North ID:
- Strong cold front from the north this evening and overnight will
  bring strong shifting north winds.
- Scattered thunderstorms this evening will bring lightning and
  gusty and erratic winds.
- There is a 40-80% chance for wetting rains across far north
  Idaho Monday evening into Monday night.

Showers and thunderstorms will also occur tonight into early
Tuesday over the Idaho Panhandle and portions of Northeast
Washington. Winds will remain breezy from the northeast through
Tuesday as well. Dry conditions with the winds will result in
elevated fire weather conditions through the Okanogan Valley and
across the Columbia Basin Tuesday afternoon. Warming back up
Wednesday through Friday and dry.
