Central WA:
- Shift to upvalley winds Wednesday afternoon, locally breezy in
the Okanogan Valley with shift to north winds Wednesday night.
- Push of westerly winds through Cascades late Friday afternoon.
Dry and breezy Friday and Saturday.
Eastern WA:
- Warming and drying trend through Friday.
- Dry and breezy Friday and Saturday.
North ID:
- Warming and drying trend through Friday.
- Breezy on Saturday
Terrain driven winds today. Another switch to north to northwest
winds occurs Wednesday night into Thursday, and will be
particularly breezy down the Okanogan Valley. A marine push
through the Cascades will occur late Friday into Saturday with
elevated fire weather conditions possible.
