with cold front passage Friday...

Breezy north winds Thursday morning with gusts up to 30 MPH will
decrease in the afternoon although remain gusty.  Another wind shift
occurs Friday as a cold front passes.  Prefrontal southwest winds will
be breezy during in the afternoon, before winds switch to northwest behind
the front Friday evening into the overnight hours and remain breezy.
