the morning. The moisture returns in the afternoon bringing
increasing precip chances. Temperatures dip with precip arrival
leading to snow or wintry mix for the afternoon. Winds continue to
be gusty in the morning before weakening in the afternoon. Precip
will struggle to reach a wetting rain through the afternoon
before a possible 0.50 an inch overnight. 1 to 3 inches of snow
possible through Tuesday evening but confidence is low.
