Strong, persistent northerly winds in place throughout the night and
into Tuesday.  The stronger speeds experiencing currently will persist
through midnight.  Winds speeds after midnight will come down 5-15 mph
with poor humidity recoveries. Stiff north winds will be in place
Tuesday morning and continue to lower in speeds by the afternoon.
Tuesday will warm and dry with highs near 90F and minimum humidity
values around 15%.
