...Flood Watch for Flash Flooding from Late Thursday Morning through
Thursday Evening...

A low pressure system will slowly move towards the area tonight into
Thursday morning bringing an increase in rain showers across the
area.  There will also be an increasing chance for thunderstorms.
Storms on Thursday will contain locally heavy rain capable of
producing flash flooding.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. A 40 percent chance of rain showers and
                    a 10 percent chance of a thunderstorm.
CWR.................35 percent.
Chance of lightning.10 percent.
