.DISCUSSION...

Conditions will be dry and seasonably warm over the burn site
Thursday and Friday with temperatures in the mid 70s to around 80
degrees and afternoon RHs falling into the upper 20s to low 40s.
Overnight RH recoveries Thursday night will be good. Winds will be
light out of the northeast on Thursday, then will shift out of
the southwest Thursday evening around 1900 hours. Chances for
showers move over the burn site from 1700 hours Thursday evening
to 0500 hours Friday morning with a 15 percent chance of
accompanying thunderstorms from 1700 hours to 2300 hours Thursday.
Even if showers and storms do not develop directly over the burn
site, there will be a risk of gusty outflow winds up to 30 mph
from any nearby showers and storms.
