Dynamic weather system moving through the region today will bring
rain/snow in the morning then mainly rain.  The band of steady
precipitation will move out of the area by the afternoon.
Little to no snow accumulations.  Rainfall amounts between
0.10-0.20". There will be a noticeable increase in southwest
winds with this system which will remain gusty through the night
and into Saturday.
