...Breezy north winds Thursday followed by shifting and gusty winds
with cold front passage Friday...

Winds will become light this evening allowing inversions to set
in around 2200 PDT. A passing weather system Thursday will bring
breezy north winds through much of the day with gusts of 15-18
mph. Winds will calm Thursday night, then another wind shift
occurs Friday as a cold front passes. Winds will pick up out of
the south to southwest Friday afternoon with gusts of 17 to 20
mph.
