A weather system moving through the region on Tuesday will bring
gusty southwest winds through the morning with winds shifting
to the west in the afternoon.  Winds will begin shifting toward
the northwest by the evening and overnight hours with speeds subsiding.
Heavy cloud cover will be over the unit with on and off chances
for light rain but little to no rainfall. This will lead to
elevated humidity levels.  Wednesday will feature seasonally cool
temperatures with lighter winds and much drier humidity levels.
