MONDAY...

.DISCUSSION...

Clouds will be clearing out early Monday morning with warm and dry
conditions settling in for the afternoon.  Winds on Monday will start
off light and increase slightly up the drainage as general winds align.
Wind speed and direction will be similar to what occurred Sunday.  Winds
will be lighter on Tuesday.  Temperatures will continue to warm Tuesday
into the week with low afternoon humidity.  Overnight humidity recoveries
within thermal belts above the valley floors.


.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Chance of sprinkles through the
                    evening.  30-40% chance for showers and thunderstorms
                    overnight mainly between 0100-0800. Areas of smoke.
CWR.................10 percent.
Chance of lightning.35 percent.
Min temperature.....1500-2500 feet: 55-59.  2500-4000 feet: 60-64.
Max humidity........35-45 percent mid to upper slopes.  60-70 percent
                    valley bottom.
Wind (20 ft)........Slope/Valley: Northeast winds around 5 mph becoming east to
                    southeast 2 to 4 mph 2000-2200.
                    Ridgetop: Northeast 6 mph becoming east 6 to 10 mph.
Mixing height.......7000 ft AGL early evening falling to near surface.
                    Inversions setting in around 2000 pdt.
Transport winds.....East 5 to 8 mph.
