.DISCUSSION...

A front will sag southward Wednesday bringing mostly clear skies,
dry conditions, and fairly light winds. A surge of mid to upper
level moisture will intrude tomorrow night, bringing mid to upper
level cloud cover. This cloud deck will very slowly erode during
the day Thursday. Thursday will be a couple degrees warmer but
winds will be very light leading to poor ventilation despite
mixing heights reaching up to 4000 ft AGL in the mid-afternoon.
