Steady rain this morning. Total accumulations from last night into
today is expected to be over 0.5 inches with a 50 percent chance
for at least 0.75 inches. Cold front passage is expected between
1300 and 1500 PDT. Winds will increase through this morning and peak
with cold front passage with gusts of over 40 mph possible. Cooler
with a light showers possibly mixing with snow this evening before
drying out overnight into Sunday. Winds also relax tonight with
weaker west winds on Sunday.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with rain in the morning through
                    1400 PDT then becoming partly sunny with
                    a 30 percent chance of additional showers
                    into the evening. Additional rainfall of
                    between 0.25 and 0.50 inches expected.
