Hot, dry, and very unstable conditions will be in place through
Thursday. Humidity will fall into the low teens this afternoon and
mixing heights will increase to between 11k and 12k feet. Light winds
out of the NNW will compete with SSE terrain driven winds today.
Poor RH recovery is expected overnight on mid-slopes and
ridgetops. Shallow morning inversions will lift between 0930 and
1030. Winds will generally be light and diurnally/terrain driven
today and tonight, then will pick up slightly out of the east
