.DISCUSSION...

There will be a subtle moistening of the low-level air mass today
and tonight as onshore flow increases and the marine layer deepens
west of the Cascades. This will promote steady northwest winds down
the Ice Creek drainage and on the northern perimeter through early afternoon
before expanding down the Entiat River around 1400. A stronger onshore push
arrives Wednesday leading to an increase in winds but higher humidity.
Moderate to high confidence for a pattern shift Friday into the weekend delivering
much cooler temperatures, high humidity and 80% chance for showers.
There is a 60% chance for wetting rains Friday into Saturday and 30%
chance for receiving 0.25" or more.
