            Delayed report: A weakened tree in a
            residential neighborhood brought down by
            wind which also damaged an adjacent power
            pole. Avista reported an outage to 11
            customers. Wind gusts at nearby Lewiston-Nez
            Perce County Airport were peaking at 41 mph
            at the time of the damage.
