* WHERE...Colfax, Uniontown, Genesee, La Crosse, Moscow, Pullman,
  Potlatch, Tekoa, Rosalia, and Oakesdale.

* WHEN...Until noon PST today.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Temperatures below freezing may also result in freezing fog with
  patches of black ice possible.
