* WHERE...Mansfield, Moses Lake, Cashmere, Pangborn Airport, Entiat,
  Badger Mountain Road, Quincy, Othello, Ephrata, Chelan,
  Waterville, Wenatchee, Number 2 Canyon, and Number 1 Canyon.

* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...New fire ignitions could spread rapidly in
  areas of dry grasses.
