 Paradise Creek at Moscow is projected to rise near its Action Stage
 of 8.0 feet Monday afternoon with a period of moderate rainfall.
 After receding on Monday night into Tuesday, it is projected to rise
 above its Action Stage early Wednesday morning, remain high through
 Wednesday afternoon, then gradually recede Wednesday night. Monitor
 the latest river forecasts at water.noaa.gov/wfo/otx.
