* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
  4 feet. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Stevens Pass, Stehekin, and Holden Village.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Winter driving conditions
  will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates approaching one inch per hour
