Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches with the highest amounts near the crest above 5000 feet including Washington Pass. * WHERE...Washington Pass. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Winter travel conditions along Highway 20 over Washington Pass. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of higher snow intensities are expected Wednesday night and Thursday night with rates near one inch per hour.
