Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches between 3000 to 4000 feet, and 6 to 12 inches above 4000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Eastport and Schweitzer Mountain Road. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may break tree limbs and could cause sporadic power outages.
