PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Cimarron River near Guthrie.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, River levels remain mostly below banks...
   in Logan and Payne counties. Some low-lying fields and oil wells
  may be isolated... and cattle stranded... by water in cutoff
  channels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
    of 16.0 feet this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
