* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
  county, Lincoln.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1111 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding along
    the Deep Fork River along with nearby creeks and streams.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wellston, Sparks and Warwick.
