.DISCUSSION...
Widespread low clouds this morning should give way to some sun
this afternoon as southeast winds gradually shift to the south and
then southwest. Warming temperatures and slightly drier air will
allow afteroon humidity to drop to between 25 and 30 percent.
Expect good overnight RH recovery with light winds and increasing
clouds. Rain chances move in by Wednesday afternoon.
