.DISCUSSION...

Scattered shower and isolated thunderstorm chances increase later
this morning into this afternoon as a cold front moves across the
area, though the higher chances for rain appear to be to the south
and east of the site later today. Winds will initially be from the
south early this morning but could become light and variable as
the front stalls nearby into the afternoon. Eventually the front
will move through by late afternoon into early evening with winds
becoming from the north or northeast generally around 10 mph
tonight into Monday. Dry fuels will continue to present a danger
for fire starts though cooler temperatures and higher relative
humidity will reduce the overall fire danger, especially by
Monday.
