Gusty north northwest winds will peak around noon with gusts up to
40 to 45 mph. Winds will gradually lighten mid to late afternoon, dropping
to below 15 mph by around sunset. Minimum RH values will be near 20 to 20
percent this afternoon.

Winds will be light tonight and tomorrow, slowly shift around to westerly
then southerly thought this time period.
