A complex of storms will move across the western third/half of Oklahoma overnight
into early Sunday morning.   Some of these storms may move across the spot forecast
area around 4-5 am Sunday morning.  The storms may bring a wind shift out of the north,
but a southerly wind should return by mid morning Sunday.  Additional storms may develop
Sunday afternoon and evening.
