There is only a slight chance of rain this morning as it looks like
the primary area of precipitation will remain south of the fireground.
Winds will be light and slowly shifting from a generally northeast
direction to east and then southeast. Mixing height will be slow to
increase through morning, but will rise enough to give improved smoke
dispersal by this afternoon.
