.DISCUSSION...
Reasonable recovery expected tonight with RHs rising to around 70
percent by daybreak. Temperatures will only drop to around 80, but
humid conditions (dewpoints near 70) will help. Winds will shift
to slightly west of due south by morning and become fairly breezy
(10-15 mph sustained, gusts up to 20 mph) during the day.
Wednesday will be another near-record day of heat with highs above
100. Rain/thunderstorm chances increase primarily late Wednesday
night into Thursday.
