.DISCUSSION...
Surface winds will be increasing out of the south-southwest at 10
mph gusting to 15-20 mph through the afternoon then backing
slightly south-southeast around 5-10 mph after sundown. This
afternoon will heat up to around 100 degrees with the RH
decreasing to a minimum around 30% by later afternoon before
recovering after sundown. Only sky cover may be partly cloudy with
low fair weather clouds by mid-afternoon. No rain in the forecast
until after midnight although a risk for severe storms with
lighting late this afternoon into the evening mainly west and
north of the burning area so will need to keep an eye on that.
