.DISCUSSION...

Hot and dry conditions will continue this afternoon. A surface
front continues to approach the Red River and will offer a wind
shift (i.e., westerly winds becoming northerly) between ~2-4 PM
this afternoon. Sufficient moisture recover and light winds are
expected overnight tonight.

While most of Wednesday will remain dry (and warm), chances for
rain and thunderstorms will be possible after 12-2 PM in the
afternoon, with greater chances after sunset.
