  Texas.

* WINDS...Southwest to south winds at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up
  to 25 mph. Some variability in wind direction.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 to 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs between 105 to 110 degrees.

* TIMING....Through 7 PM.

* SEVERITY...

  FUELS (ERC)...90th+ percentile...5 (out of 5).
