...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of south central Kay,
Noble and north central Payne Counties through 700 AM CDT...

At 633 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Sooner Lake to 3 miles east of
Red Rock to 6 miles southeast of Billings. Movement was southeast at
40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Stillwater, Ponca City, Morrison, Glencoe, Billings, Red Rock,
Marland, Sooner Lake, Lake Mcmurtry, southwestern Kaw Lake, and
Ceres.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
